What They'll Gain

What Your Teen Will Get Out of This

Real results — on the mats and in every part of life.

Real Self-Defense Skills

Teens learn practical techniques that work against real threats — not choreography. They'll know what to do when it counts and have the confidence to back it up.

Build Confidence and Resilience

Every technique mastered and every challenge pushed through builds the kind of quiet, earned confidence that carries into school, social situations, and their future.

Develop Focus and Discipline

Martial arts training sharpens the mental skills teens need most — attention, self-control, and the drive to finish what they start. Skills that show up directly in school and beyond.

What You'll Gain

How This Program Will Help You

Real, measurable results — on the mats and in everyday life.

Real Self-Defense Skills

Learn leverage-based techniques that work under pressure — not choreography. You'll gain practical tools to stay safe and calm in any real-world situation.

Build Unshakeable Confidence

Every stripe earned and every technique mastered builds a quiet, earned confidence that carries into work, social situations, and every other area of your life.

Get Fit & Relieve Stress

Training is a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance — while giving you a place to leave the stress of the day on the mats where it belongs.

"My husband trained with Master Rick 18 years ago, at age 18. Now at age 36 he's returned with our two oldest kids in the adult class, and it is such a sweet gift. Master Rick and Sensei Katrina are the most genuine, caring souls you'll find and really love the students well."
